About

Hi, I’m Jeannine. A writer, blogger, marketing professional, and mom to three energetic toddlers.

Most days you’ll find me packing far too many snacks, attempting to keep our house somewhat organized, taking pictures of ordinary moments I don’t want to forget, or heading out with my three favorite little people to explore somewhere along the New England coast.

I’m a marketer by profession, a storyteller at heart, and a mom very much in the thick of it.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I’ve found my way back to writing.

How Musings of a Triplet Mom Began

Musings of a Triplet Mom started because raising three babies at once gave me a lot to figure out.

Our babies arrived prematurely, we spent months navigating NICU life, and eventually we brought three tiny babies home and had to figure out how to actually do life with them.

I found myself constantly searching for advice from moms who had actually lived it.

What do you really need for three babies? How do you organize all of this stuff? What makes getting out of the house a little easier? And is anyone else completely exhausted while also wishing they could somehow slow it all down?

So I started sharing what I was learning.

Today, you’ll find practical ideas for raising multiples, toddler activities, organization and routines, products that have actually survived three kids, reflections on NICU life, and the little things that have made our days easier.

I don’t have motherhood figured out. I’m living it right alongside you.

My hope has always been that something I share might make another mom’s day a little easier—or help her feel a little less alone.

The Practical, the Messy & the Meaningful

As my kids have grown, so has this space.

I’ve realized I don’t only want to write about how we’re getting through these years.

I want to remember them, too.

The little feet running through the house. The fingerprints on the windows. The artwork covering my kitchen. The toys scattered across the yard. The way three little hands somehow always seem to need mine at exactly the same time.

Motherhood can be exhausting and loud and messy.

And it can also be incredibly beautiful.

I think both things can be true.

That’s the heart of Musings of a Triplet Mom, the practical, the messy, and the meaningful parts of raising a family.

Finding My Way Back to Writing

Something unexpected happened while building this blog.

I started writing again.

Not just practical blog posts, but the stories that have lived quietly inside me for years.

Stories about motherhood and childhood. My mom. Caregiving and grief. The NICU. Hope and resilience. And those seemingly ordinary moments that somehow stop you in your tracks and make you think, I don’t want to forget this.

Before becoming a mother, I spent years caring for my own mom as she lived with vascular dementia. Years later, I became a mother to three babies born prematurely.

Those are very different chapters of my life, but both changed the way I see the world, and the stories I want to tell.

So Musings of a Triplet Mom is growing.

Alongside the practical motherhood content that started this blog, I’m beginning to make room for more of my personal writing, essays, reflections, poetry, and stories about motherhood, caregiving, family, loss, hope, and finding beauty in ordinary life.

I’m still figuring out exactly what that will look like.

But maybe that’s fitting.

This blog started because I was figuring out motherhood as I went.

Now, I’m figuring out this next chapter as I go, too.

And I’m learning that I don’t have to wait until life gets quieter to make room for the things that matter to me.

Writing is becoming one of those things.

Whether you’re here because you’re raising multiples, navigating life after the NICU, looking for something to make motherhood a little easier, or you simply found a story that spoke to you, I’m glad you’re here.

This space is growing right alongside me.

Because sometimes the smallest moments become the stories that stay with us forever.
